Our food

At the Irby Mill using fresh produce from local suppliers is something we are passionate about. It is important to us as not only is it substantially more environmentally friendly, we know the journey the produce has been on and can ensure it is of the best quality.
We work with a carefully chosen group of local suppliers to make sure that we can continue to serve the highest quality, delicious home cooked pub food.
Our sausages are sourced from award-winning butcher “Muffs” of Bromborough, and our steaks are the finest 28 day aged matured British beef from family butchers Bredbury Catering. We use local and seasonal vegetables in all of our meals and our hand cut chips are made from only British Maris Piper potatoes.
