Where possible all our meal ingredients are locally grown, reared or sourced and always market-fresh so if you are concerned about your food's air miles, carbon foot print or global-warming impact - fret not and enjoy your meal in guilt-free relaxation.
All our dishes are cooked to order and are seasonally inspired so meal choices change as ingredients wax or wane.
