At the Irby Mill we ensure we use fresh food wherever we can, we use a carefully chosen group of local suppliers to make sure that the food we send out to you is of the highest possible quality. Our sausages are sourced from award-winning butcher “Muffs” of Bromborough, and our steaks are the finest 28 day aged matured British beef from family butchers Bredbury Catering. We use local and seasonal vegetables in all of our meals and our hand cut chips are made from only British Maris Piper potatoes. Food is served from 12-9pm Monday to Saturday and 12-8pm Sunday featuring our classic Sunday roasts.
First opened in 1980 our traditional sandstone pub is located on the site of a former wind mill. Inside one can find a fine selection of 8 carefully kept real ales and an extensive menu of home cooked, real pub food. The beer garden is perfect to relax in on a warm summers day. There is also a fine selection of wines for the non-ale drinker.
